9. Describe the structure of the human nervous system.
The nervous system is how our brain talks to the rest of our body when we think about moving. The central nervous system (CNS) is made up of the brain and spinal cord this is the decision makers. The peripheral nervous system (PNS) is responsible for gathering information and for bring it back to the CNS. Nerves- are the electrical cables that link the CNS with the body’s sensory receptors, muscles, and glands. Sensory neurons carry messages from the body’s tissues and sensory receptors inward to the CNS. Than the motor neurons carry instructions from the centaur output.
