Having intelligence is having knowledge or a skill in a specific category. Wether a person is intelligent or not is the judgment of others. There is no specific qualification of an intelligent person.
You can test your intelligence through several different types of knowledge test, such as the IQ test or the Alpha Beta test. Since intelligence is saw as a judgement you can not test intelligence off one single test.
